Congrats Are In Order

Yeah!!! Jandon got an internship! He has been working so hard all year and his hard work paid off. He had two interviews and he got offered both jobs! He decided to take the job with the City of Spokane and he is very excited about it and will start working for them at the end of April. Another perk is that it is a paid internship which doesn't happen very often for first year law students. We are very happy and I am so proud of him!

Lucky

I have been writing my final paper for my child development class the last couple of days about a development theory and how it appeared in my life while growing up. A lot of people in my class are complaining that they had horrible childhoods and they don't like writing about their life. That is so foreign to me because as I look back I don't think I could have had a better childhood! I was happy and had good relationships with all my family members. We got to do fun things and go fun places but we also just had a good time at home together. I know not all times were perfect and remember being quite "the pill" sometimes, but for sure the good memories outweigh the bad! I did love having so many older siblings and I could always find someone that would let me sleep with them. Of course this feat became harder as more of them left for college!



I wanted to add a picture of baby Jandon, because he was pretty cute too! I do have to say that I love the shoes that he is wearing.

Camp Goodtimes?

I have been looking into the Eastern Washington chapter of Camp Ukandu and I found out the cancer camp here is like less than 3o minutes from my house! I finally decided to ask for more information. I will always love Camp Ukandu, but it was time for me to "spread my wings". We will see what this brings...I am not sure about the name!? Oh, and they allow the kids to bring a friend with them if they don't have an eligible sibling...that is pretty cool!

I have my bone test this coming week, so I have been looking at this guy for the past week. I even went up to the lab today! It was very overwhelming at first but I know everything now! Now I just have to spell everything correctly!

With ENVY!!! My Mom and Dad are currently soaking up the sun in Hawaii. I have been to Hawaii twice in my life and can't wait to go again someday...maybe after we are done with school! Cough Cough...graduation present...Cough...Cough

Christmas Fix

We are both back in the swing of things and busy as ever with school--that has been the reason for my lack of posts. I am trying though! Enjoy the rest of the pictures!

Day in and day out

This is what I will be doing for the next 6 months! I decided to keep 15 credits this term so I will be pretty busy for awhile. By the way...Jandon hates my book and can't even look at it because he thinks the pictures are so gross.

Over

We are officially back in Spokane. I was in Oregon for almost three weeks and it was way too much fun. I was supposed to go back to school tomorrow but...canceled! I am going to post some pictures of our snow soon! It is truly crazy. Nothing in Provo even compared to the snow we have here! We were lucky to get to our front door tonight. I hope everyone had a good holiday!

Freezing...

Jandon and I have been in Utah for the last 4 winters...so we knew what it was like to have snow and cold and that all that fun stuff. Well, we had our second storm in Spokane yesterday and honestly I never remember Provo feeling even close to this cold! Our weather report even says things like "bitterly cold, and frigid"! The streets are like ice! I am so glad that I am done with school for a few weeks so I don't have to walk across campus in weather like this! I am also glad that I go to Portland on MONDAY!! I am so excited and I will be even more excited when Jandon finishes his final on Thursday and can come too!
